A Russian strike on a food processing plant in Pavlohrad killed three people and wounded 29, as a broader wave of attacks on 23 July hit cities across Ukraine, with a revised toll in Zaporizhzhia confirming at least 25 injured after five glide bombs damaged homes, vehicles, a kindergarten, and a private medical clinic, including six children among the casualties, the youngest a three-month-old infant.

The bombardment extended well beyond the south-east. In Kherson, 10 guided aerial bombs wounded seven people, while in Sloviansk at least 10 were injured and seven apartment blocks damaged. A strike on fuel infrastructure in Zhytomyr caused no reported casualties.

In Odesa, rescuers recovered the body of one man and treated two others wounded in the overnight attacks.
