A Ukrainian drone strike hit a passenger bus in the Russian border town of Shebekino, killing at least five civilians, including four women and a boy, and wounding 23 others, three of them critically. Alexander Shuvaev, acting governor of the Belgorod region, accused Ukrainian forces of deliberately targeting the bus.

Russia said it shot down 381 Ukrainian drones overnight. Separate Ukrainian drone attacks on the Moscow region left at least 10 people wounded, according to Andrey Vorobyov, governor of the Moscow region.

Russian strikes killed two people each in Pavlograd and Kramatorsk and one in Zaporizhzhia, while attacks on infrastructure in Odesa left three dead. A separate strike on a freighter off the Odesa coast killed 10 people, including nine crew members and a pilot.
