Borussia Dortmund have completed the signing of Greek forward Giannis Konstantelias from PAOK Thessaloniki on a contract running through June 2031. The Bundesliga club paid a transfer fee of approximately €32 million for the 23-year-old.

Konstantelias scored 41 goals across 186 appearances for PAOK, including 14 goals and nine assists last season, and won the 2024 Greek league title and 2021 domestic cup with the Thessaloniki side. He has earned 18 caps for Greece since his 2023 debut.

The arrival follows Dortmund's earlier acquisition of Konstantinos Karetsas from KRC Genk for a reported €30 million in early August. Dortmund abandoned a pursuit of Cologne's El Mala after the club reportedly demanded at least €50 million. Dortmund open their league campaign on 29 August against Hamburger SV.
