FC Copenhagen have re-signed goalkeeper Diant Ramaj on a season-long loan from Borussia Dortmund, the Danish club confirmed Monday, adding an option to make the move permanent next summer.
The 24-year-old, who joined Dortmund from Ajax Amsterdam, spent the 2025/26 campaign on loan at Heidenheim, a side subsequently relegated from the Bundesliga. He previously made 19 appearances for Copenhagen in the spring of 2025, helping the club win the domestic double, though his stint was marred by a three-match ban for headbutting a Brondby reserve player.
The move addresses an immediate need after first-choice goalkeeper Dominik Kotarski suffered a knee injury in a league match against Randers. Copenhagen, who sit atop the 2026/27 Superliga table with nine points from three matches, assigned Ramaj the number 41 shirt for his return.
