Real Madrid have reached an agreement with RB Leipzig to sign 19-year-old winger Yan Diomande for an estimated €120 million, completing a deal after Leipzig rejected an earlier €100 million bid from the Spanish club.
Diomande is set to undergo medical tests in Madrid next week and sign a five-year contract running until summer 2031, having already agreed personal terms with the La Liga side. The Ivorian had been under contract with Leipzig until 2030.
Paris Saint-Germain withdrew from the race, criticising Leipzig's demands as grossly disproportionate, clearing the path for Madrid. Diomande, named Bundesliga Rookie of the Season after scoring 12 goals and providing eight assists in 2025/26, chose Madrid over interest from Liverpool.
