Atlético Madrid have completed the signing of South Korean international Kang-in Lee from Paris Saint-Germain, securing the 25-year-old on a contract that runs until June 2031. The transfer fee is reported at approximately €40 million.

The versatile attacker, capable of operating as a playmaker or on either flank, arrives with extensive Spanish football experience from previous spells at Valencia and Mallorca before his 2023 move to PSG. During his time in Paris, he recorded 16 goals and 16 assists across 124 appearances while winning two Champions League titles, three Ligue 1 crowns, and a UEFA Super Cup.

The signing is part of a broader summer rebuild at Atlético, who have also brought in Alejandro Grimaldo and Morten Hjulmand, while Antoine Griezmann and Clément Lenglet have departed for Orlando City and Benfica respectively. Kang-in Lee, who has earned 50 caps for South Korea, previously led his country to the U-20 World Cup final in 2019.
