Tadej Pogačar secured the 2026 Tour de France overall victory on July 26, capping a dominant three-week ride that also yielded five stage wins and €607,840 in prize money after previously extending his lead to more than seven minutes on Alpe d'Huez.
The race distributed €2,302,800 in total prize money, with Pogačar's UAE Team Emirates collecting more than 6 million Danish kroner as the top-earning squad. Teammate Isaac del Toro contributed 1.15 million kroner to that haul, while Red Bull – Bora ranked second among teams with €288,160 in prizes, anchored by runner-up Remco Evenepoel's 1.85 million kroner. Jonas Vingegaard, meanwhile, earned €345,372 at this year's Giro d'Italia.
At the bottom of the standings, Picnic PostNL was the lowest-earning WorldTour team, with no rider surpassing 20,000 kroner.
