West Ham United have reached an agreement to sell winger Crysencio Summerville to Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal for around £68 million (€80 million), making the Dutch international the third-highest sale in the club's history behind Declan Rice and Mateus Fernandes.
Summerville, who chose to move to Saudi Arabia despite multiple bids from Roma — the most recent a €47 million proposal — will undergo a medical before signing a long-term contract reportedly running to 2031. Al Hilal's package included roughly €60 million for the transfer and €20 million in player wages, nearly double Roma's initial offer.
The departure follows West Ham's relegation to the Championship, with the club raising a combined £153 million from the sales of Summerville and Fernandes this summer. Summerville scored two goals and provided two assists for the Netherlands at the 2026 World Cup before their elimination by Morocco.
