Ongoing roadwork on the E45 East Jutland Motorway between Vejle and Randers has reduced speed limits and narrowed lanes, compounding delays.
Molslinjen expects fully booked ferries carrying festival-goers returning from Skanderborg, where Smukfest concludes Sunday. Duty officer Jacob Majgård Christensen at the Road Directorate cited the 12–4 p.m. window as the peak risk period for bottlenecks across the network.
