British YouTuber Yung Filly testified in the District Court of Western Australia on Monday, a week into his trial on sexual assault charges, admitting he bit the alleged victim "numerous times" but denying the core allegations against him.
Filly, who pleaded not guilty to six counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, and one count of strangulation, acknowledged biting the woman on the breast hard enough to break skin, characterising the marks as "love bites." He denied allegations of choking and slapping the woman, and rejected her account that he groped her at the nightclub before the pair left together in a minivan.
The charges stem from an alleged assault in Filly's hotel room in Hillarys, Perth, in September 2024. Filly told the court his security guard confiscated the woman's phone as a matter of standard practice.
