Three related family members were found dead inside a home in Ballymena, County Antrim, on Monday morning, prompting an investigation by the Police Service of Northern Ireland. The bodies were discovered in the Old Cullybackey Road area of the town on 13 July 2026.
The PSNI said there is no ongoing risk to the public as officers work to establish the circumstances of the deaths. A police presence was in place from shortly before 11:00 BST, and the road was closed with diversions established at Innishowen Park and Cullybackey Road due to the serious incident.
The discovery follows the death of a 20-year-old motorcyclist in west Belfast, after three bodies were found at the house in what remains an active police investigation.
