A 20-year-old motorcyclist from Poleglass has died in hospital a week after a two-vehicle collision in west Belfast. TJ Kennedy sustained injuries in the crash and passed away on 11 July 2026.
The incident involved a blue Volkswagen Touran and a silver Yamaha Tracer at the junction of Shaw's Road and Greenan at approximately 18:00 BST on 5 July. Kennedy was transported to hospital following the collision but succumbed to his injuries six days later.
No other injuries were reported in connection with the crash. Authorities have not released further details regarding the circumstances of the collision.
