Siemens has lifted its full-year earnings guidance for the second time in 2026 after posting a 16 percent rise in third-quarter net profit to 2.58 billion euros, driven by robust order intake and customs refunds linked to its majority-owned subsidiary Siemens Healthineers.

The German industrial conglomerate now expects earnings per share between 11.20 and 11.50 euros, up from a prior range of 10.70 to 11.10 euros. Revenue in the quarter reached 20.8 billion euros, a seven percent increase from the same period a year earlier, while orders surged 13 percent to a record of nearly 28 billion euros.

Growth was broad-based across divisions. The Digital Industries unit saw its profit jump 44 percent to 923 million euros, and Smart Infrastructure — bolstered by major data centre contracts in the United States and Europe — posted a 19 percent gain to 1.27 billion euros. The Mobility division earned 280 million euros, roughly flat year on year.
