Qatar, Egypt and Turkey condemn Israeli attacks in Gaza as ceasefire toll mounts

· Conflict PSEISRQATEGYTUR

Mediators Qatar, Egypt and Turkey have condemned Israeli military operations in Gaza, warning the strikes undermine the ceasefire that officially took effect in October 2025. The three nations said the attacks targeted health facilities and infrastructure and demanded Israel fulfill its obligations under international law, after airstrikes killed at least three Palestinians and damaged hospital warehouses on Saturday.

Gaza authorities, led by Hamas, confirmed that 1,202 Palestinians have been killed and 4,076 wounded by Israeli bombardment since the truce began. The Israeli military said its latest operations killed senior Hamas commanders, while Israeli media reported overnight attacks including a strike on a tent camp in Khan Younis.

President Donald Trump's Board of Peace, following a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, stated that Israel will withdraw from Gaza only if Hamas fully surrenders its weapons.
