Dr. Paul Zeizel, who spent more than 35 hours evaluating Clancy over dozens of visits, told the Massachusetts court she experienced hallucinations and delusions following the birth of her youngest child. On cross-examination, prosecutors challenged Zeizel's objectivity and identified errors in his report, noting medical records lacked accounts of voices commanding self-harm.
