Boeing delivered 314 jetliners in the first half of 2026, its highest first-half total since 2018 and a 12% increase over the same period last year, as the planemaker ramps 737 MAX production from 42 to 47 per month. June alone accounted for 64 aircraft, including 42 737 MAX jets, 13 787s and five 767s.
Airbus delivered 89 jets in June and 351 in the first half, maintaining its lead over its U.S. rival. The European manufacturer has logged 822 net orders through June, while Boeing booked 408 net orders over the same period.
Boeing received its 7,206th order for the 737 MAX, surpassing the older 737 Next Generation program. In June, the company booked 121 orders against eight cancellations, and five 787s were delivered to Saudi startup Riyadh Air.
