On Sunday, a Ukrainian drone struck an oil tanker entering the Azov-Black Sea canal. Rostov Governor Yury Slyusar said the fire was brought under control, with the tanker empty and no casualties or oil spill reported, though local channels reported two large oil spills near Taganrog.
