Separately, a drone crashed in Romania near the Ukrainian border, Latvia issued an air alert in its eastern regions, and Finland established a temporary exclusion zone in the Gulf of Finland.
Europe provided roughly €11 billion in support to Ukraine in May and June, primarily through a €90 billion loan facility, while the United States contributed no aid in that period.
