Oura Health targets up to $3 billion in US IPO valued at over $16 billion

· Business USAFIN

Oura Health aims to raise as much as $3 billion in a United States initial public offering that could value the wearable technology company at more than $16 billion. The listing could take place as early as September, with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan Chase among the banks leading the offering.

The Finnish-founded smart ring maker filed confidentially for the IPO in May. The company relocated its domicile from Finland to Delaware earlier this year and acquired headquarters property in San Francisco over the summer. Oura last secured an $11 billion valuation following an $875 million Series E funding round in September 2025.

The offering arrives amid a broader rebound in US listings. Traditional IPOs have raised a combined $137 billion in the United States this year, with major technology companies also pursuing public debuts.
