Italian rapper Antonio Hueber, known professionally as Tony Boy, was arrested in Milan on charges of drug possession with intent to distribute and illegal weapons possession, police said Saturday.
Officers stopped the 26-year-old Padua native and a 32-year-old Sudanese associate shortly after 5 a.m. near his apartment in the Città Studi district, prompting a search of the residence. Inside, police found approximately 4 grams of cocaine, 8 grams of hashish, a gram of marijuana, a precision scale, and a 6.35-caliber pistol with a filed-off serial number along with 48 rounds of ammunition.
Hueber was taken to San Vittore prison and additionally charged with resisting a public official, handling stolen goods, and illicit data processing. His companion was reported at large for resisting officers.
