Czech authorities have extradited neo-Nazi Marla Svenja Liebich to Germany, where she is to serve a prison sentence for hate speech and defamation convictions dating to 2023. The prisoner transport left the Litoměřice detention facility and crossed into Germany on Tuesday, Czech police confirmed.
Liebich, 55, was taken to the women's prison in Chemnitz, Saxony, where Chief Prosecutor Dennis Cernota said she cooperated fully and arrived without incident. She had failed to report to the same facility in late August 2025 to begin an 18-month sentence and was arrested near the border town of Aš in April on a European arrest warrant.
A regional court in Plzeň approved the extradition in early June, and the Prague High Court dismissed her appeals last week. Originally convicted as Sven Liebich, she changed her legal gender registration to female following the verdict by a Halle court.
