Ukraine launched coordinated strikes against Russian energy infrastructure and shadow-fleet vessels, with the Security Service of Ukraine hitting three oil depots and a fuel storage facility in the Stavropol region. President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed precision strikes on three Russian shadow-fleet tankers in the Black Sea, including the Asia and Nissos Ios, which were attacked during loading operations, prompting operator CPC to suspend oil shipments.
Separately, Ukraine hit two Wildberries warehouses in Tambov and the Moscow region, as well as an oil depot in Noginsk, which Zelensky said were used to supply drone components and navigation equipment. The Kotovsk strike killed seven workers and wounded 25, while the Elektrostal attack killed one and injured 37.
Russia retaliated overnight with 90 drones and seven missiles, and roughly four dozen ballistic missiles. At least one person was killed and 13 injured in Kyiv, and nine were wounded in a drone attack on Kherson.
