Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift were married on 3 July at Madison Square Garden in New York, in a ceremony officiated by comedic actor Adam Sandler. Kelce, speaking publicly for the first time about the wedding, called it "the best night of my life" and described the celebration as "a crazy night". He praised the venue's air conditioning after temperatures in New York reached 38 degrees during a heatwave.
The reception drew approximately 1,000 guests, including Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Jennifer Lopez, Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg, Selena Gomez, Ed Sheeran, and Gigi Hadid. The couple paid the city $160,000 for the use of the arena, which Kelce called the "Mecca of all sports venues".
The relationship began after Kelce attended Swift's Eras Tour concert in Kansas City in July 2023. Kelce, who turns 37 in October, has won three Super Bowl titles with the Kansas City Chiefs.
