Six former models filed criminal complaints in Paris on Tuesday accusing Gérald Marie, a former executive at the Elite model agency, of rape and human trafficking, prosecutors confirmed.
The complainants, mostly American citizens aged between 45 and 60, allege the offences took place in Paris during the 1980s and 1990s. One of the women was a minor at the time of the alleged acts. The filings, lodged with civil party status, follow a separate complaint by former model Carré Otis on 5 June 2026, in which she accused Marie of raping her when she was 17. That complaint is said to have encouraged other alleged victims to come forward.
The testimonies describe similar patterns of alleged abuse spanning roughly 15 years. Marie has not publicly responded to the latest complaints.
