Reports also indicate Russian drones have been mapping military bases across Britain and continental Europe.
Financier Bill Browder argued that Putin cannot afford to end the conflict because he would face retribution from his own population, predicting the war will ultimately settle into a stalemate resembling the Korean Peninsula. Monthly Russian casualties are currently estimated between 25,000 and 35,000.
