Copenhagen Airports chief financial officer Rasmus Lund dies at 54

· Business DNK

Rasmus Lund, the chief financial officer of Copenhagen Airports, has died of a heart attack in the early hours of Saturday. He was 54.

Lund joined the airport operator as finance director in 2018, overseeing financial operations at Denmark's largest aviation hub. His death was confirmed by the company.

Chief Executive Christian Poulsen will temporarily assume Lund's responsibilities, the airport said, as the organisation navigates the sudden loss of a senior leader who had guided its finances for eight years.
