Rockstar Games will debut an extended preview of Grand Theft Auto VI on Netflix on August 27, marking the first time the streaming platform has hosted a major game reveal. The footage airs at 3 p.m. ET, with a YouTube upload following hours later.
The broadcast is part of a partnership between Rockstar, Take-Two, and Netflix to turn the reveal into a programming event. The trailer will also appear on the official Grand Theft Auto VI website alongside the YouTube release.
Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled to launch on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, arriving 13 years after the debut of its predecessor. Pre-orders have been open since late June for the title, which carries an estimated budget exceeding one billion dollars.
