OnlyFans owner paid out $700m in dividends before founder's death

Fenix International, the British parent company of OnlyFans, paid more than $700 million in dividends to its late founder Leonid Radvinsky in the months surrounding his death from cancer on 23 March 2026 at age 43, according to corporate filings.

The platform generated nearly $1.6 billion in revenue for the fiscal year ending November 2025, a ten percent increase, with pre-tax profits reaching $714 million. Radvinsky received $535 million in dividends for that year and an additional $174 million between November 2025 and his death. The company, which has distributed over $30 billion to content creators since its founding a decade ago, serves 132 million paying subscribers and 2.5 million active creators.

In May 2026, U.S. investment firm Architect Capital agreed to acquire a 16 percent stake in OnlyFans at a $3.15 billion valuation.
