A sprawling 891-acre private residential development in California's Carmel Valley has opened sales for 73 homesites and completed houses, with a select group of ten Founders Selection lots priced from $6 million.
Carmel Reserve LLC, the developer behind ONE Carmel, announced the launch on July 13, offering buyers access to planned amenities including a clubhouse, wellness facilities, private hiking trails, and the reimagined September Ranch equestrian center. The September Ranch facility spans 20 acres with more than 12 miles of riding trails and serves as the only public equestrian center in Monterey County.
