Olivier Rousteing was formally appointed creative director of Paco Rabanne on Tuesday, the Spanish-owned label confirmed, succeeding Julien Dossena, who departed the role in late June 2026 after 13 years at the helm.
Rousteing, who announced the move on his Instagram account, left Balmain in November 2025 after nearly 15 years leading its collections. The shift to Rabanne, a brand under the Puig umbrella, marks his first major role since departing the French fashion house.
His debut collection for Rabanne, Fall-Winter 27, will be presented in March 2027 at Paris Fashion Week.
