Modon's Hudayriyat Golf Estates has recorded more than AED 13 billion in sales within days of its launch, marking the highest sales tally for a single residential project in the United Arab Emirates.
The Abu Dhabi development, located on Hudayriyat Island, comprises golf mansions, villas, and townhouses. A total of 1,700 residential units were sold in the initial days following the release. International demand played a notable role, with 15% of buyers residing outside the UAE, while 81% of purchasers were first-time Modon customers.
The rapid uptake underscores strong appetite for premium property in the Emirati capital, where luxury housing demand has drawn significant overseas capital in recent years.
