Marks & Spencer has completed the rollout of its new Pantheon flagship on Oxford Street, finalising a four-level, 100,000-square-foot store that anchors a broader push to revive its UK high street presence. The newly opened floors bring menswear, kidswear, lingerie and home collections, alongside a made-to-order suit service and a Kelly Hoppen homeware range, following the food hall's launch in August 2025 and womenswear and beauty sections in January 2026.
The Oxford Street opening is part of six London store renewals and four new outlets planned this financial year. Nationally, M&S intends to open two full-line stores, 18 food outlets and four extensions. The retailer reported a 30% rise in its female customer base over the past year, with jewellery sales at the Pantheon site up 150%.
CFO Alison Dolan told shareholders the company has a solid balance sheet and plans to increase returns. Separately, M&S will debut a 'see now, buy now' collection at London Fashion Week in September 2026.
