Actor Felix von Jascheroff says his departure from the RTL soap opera "Alles was zählt"-stablemate "Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten" (Good Times, Bad Times) represents a chance for a fresh start. The 43-year-old expressed enthusiasm about what lies ahead following his exit from one of Germany's most enduring daily dramas.
RTL announced in May 2026 that Jascheroff would leave the series at his own request to pursue new professional projects. The Berlin-born actor joined the programme in July 2001 in the role of John Bachmann, becoming a fixture of the show over more than two decades.
Jascheroff still has several months of filming ahead before his character's storyline concludes on screen.
