Novak Djokovic and Aryna Sabalenka headline the first 16 mixed doubles teams announced for the 2026 US Open, organisers revealed on 27 July. Taylor Fritz and Elena Rybakina, along with Iga Swiatek and Casper Ruud — last year's runners-up, also feature among the early entries for the event in New York.
Kateřina Siniaková has teamed up with British men's doubles specialist Henry Patten, while Amanda Anisimova and Learner Tien form another confirmed pairing. Defending champions Sara Errani and Andrea Vavassori will return to defend their title. Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner, and Serena Williams have not entered.
The revamped mixed doubles event, overhauled in 2025, is scheduled for 25–26 August ahead of the singles draws, with the winning pair earning $1 million. The entry window closes on 17 August, with six teams accepted by combined singles ranking, eight wildcards, and two qualifiers deciding the 16-team draw.
