Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez are set to marry on Saturday in Madeira, with the ceremony planned at Funchal cathedral at 3 p.m. followed by a reception at the five-star Savoy Palace, where two floors have been blocked off for the occasion.
The couple have been holidaying in Mallorca ahead of the event, though the wedding's imminence remains disputed. Ronaldo's sisters Katia and Elma Aveiro stated the wedding had been postponed and no date was set. Ronaldo himself told Piers Morgan the wedding would follow a World Cup victory, but Portugal exited the 2026 tournament in the last 16.
Rodríguez announced the engagement on social media on 11 August 2025, showcasing a 30-carat diamond ring valued at up to 4.5 million euros. The pair met in a Madrid Gucci store in 2016.
