Belgian prosecutors have issued a renewed appeal for witnesses in the disappearance of Bryan Brigou, 29, and his five-year-old son Tyméo, who were last seen in Onhaye, near Dinant, on the afternoon of 27 June 2026.
Their dark-coloured Volkswagen Golf 6, a three-door model with tinted rear windows and distinctive rims, was found empty on a parking area near a football pitch in Onhaye the following day. A federal missing-persons notice was issued on 29 June and a judicial investigation has been opened. Investigators are seeking to reconstruct the pair's movements over the weekend of 27–28 June and have asked residents and businesses in Onhaye, Waulsort, Hastière, and the wider Dinant area to review surveillance footage from that period.
Bryan Brigou was reportedly serving a sentence under electronic monitoring at the time of his disappearance, according to broadcaster RTL. Authorities say no line of inquiry is being ruled out at this stage.
